Refunds and Exchanges

MY RECEIVED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED/DEFECT. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND? 

  • Please reach out to us via the help desk. Indicate:
    1. Order confirmation number,
    2. Item description, 
    3. Item code; and
    4. Upload photo(s) of the defect
  • We will process your request and reply within 3 to 5 business days.
  • In case of defect, we will offer you two options: (1) FREE replacement or (2) FULL refund excluding shipping fee.
  • Depending on your location, we will inform you of how to ship your defect product back to us.

For Replacement:

  • Upon confirming receipt of the returned item, we will ship out a brand new product to you, while covering all related shipping fees. 
  • Please be aware that some items might take longer as the designer might have to produce a new item from scratch. 

For Refund:

  • Upon confirming the receipt of the returned item, we will process the full amount of refund to your according to your payment method. Please note that all shipping fees related to the return will be born by the customer.

 

MY PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT. CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

  • No refund will be given. An exchange due to size difference is possible.

  • Request must be submitted within 1 week upon receipt of parcel. We will process your request and reply within 3 to 5 business days.  
For Exchange:
  • Only items under the categories 'Clothing, Shoes and Slippers' are allowed for exchange for items of equal or higher value from the same brand.
  • Depending on your location, we will inform you of how to ship the item for exchange back to us. Upon confirming the receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the requested new item to you. Please note that all shipping costs for return and replacement will be born by the customers.
  • As our designers produce in small quantities, we would recommend and appreciate that our customers check against our size guides before making a purchase.

 

I HAD A CHANGE OF MIND AND DO NOT LIKE THE ITEM. CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM? 

  • No refund will be given, an exchange due to size difference is possible.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKES?

  • The refund process can take up to 30 days to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank, after we have processed the refund.
  • Please be patient with us as we have to ensure that the returned items are received by our designers before we can process the reversal of payment. If you have yet to receive your refund after 30 days, please email us at uneditedly@gmail.com

*Note that 'Express delivery fees' will not be refunded.

 

SALES AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • All sale and promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable and no-refundable. However, if you found any damage or defect in the items received, please contact us via our help desk.

 

CAN I RETURN A USED ITEM?

  • Due to hygiene reasons, you cannot return a used item.
  • All refunds and replacements must be in the original and unused form. If any item is found to be used, a refund/replacement can be refused and returned to buyer. All shipping costs will be born by the buyer.

 

CAN I REFUND GIFT VOUCHERS?

  • Gift vouchers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

CAN I RETURN/REFUND EARRINGS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION?

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange nor refund earrings. All earrings will be double checked to ensure that here are no defects before dispatching.
