WHAT ARE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • We offer standard and express delivery options which you would be able to choose when you checkout your cart!
  • We organize events and fashion shows from time to time; pick ups for selected items may be available at these events which we will provide details on our website, social media pages and newsletter.  Follow us for timely updates or keep a lookout!

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • The delivery time varies from one order to another as the point of origin is different for different brands. A parcel tracking code will be sent to you once the parcel is ready to ship so you will be able to track your item and know the estimated delivery date!
  • With the current COVID-19 situation, we seek your understanding if there are any slight delays in the delivery of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience as a result. We assure you that we are doing everything possible to make sure your awaited parcel reaches you in the quickest time we could arrange! 

 

 

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST? 

  • To speed up the process of getting your new purchase safely to your doorstep, Uneditedly will calculate the respective import duties and taxes incurred to send the item into your country. These fees payable in addition to your product purchase price(s) so that we can help pay the designer(s) what they deserve.
  • A total shipping fee with duty fees (where applicable) will be reflected upon you check out.
  • An express shipping option, subject to additional charge, wil be made available should you require speedy delivery of your parcel.

 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • In order to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce your shipping costs, all items are shipped directly from the designer(s). As such, shipping costs may vary for items from different brands. You may also receive your products purchased in batches, if they are from different designers. The respective information will be indicated on both the product page and in your shopping cart.

 

 

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE? 

  • We work with reliable, safe and efficient courier companies such as DHL and Swiss Post.

 

 

WHY ARE MY ORDERS SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE DELIVERIES? 

  • As items from individual brands are shipped directly from the respective designers, they will be shipped separately from each other in our efforts to lower our carbon footprint and costs. For each delivery, an individual shipment confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link will be sent.

 

 

WHY ARE SOME ADDRESSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE EXPRESS DELIVERY?

  • We apologize in advance for not being able to offer express delivery services to all postal codes at the moment. You may check the express delivery option upon check out to verify if it is applicable to your address.

 

 

WILL THERE BE REFUND FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY? 

  • If an order that is returned was shipped with express delivery fee, the express fee will not be refunded.
    We can only refund the express fee in the case where we are unable to meet our delivery promise.

 

 

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST? 

  • Please check against the tracking code on the respective courier website sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. If you still face problems and are unable to trace your parcel, or did not receive your parcel on time (based on the estimated date of arrival), contact our help desk and we will assist you as fast as we could.
